I used to know Farney Spottswood who lived two doors down from me in Key West many years ago. I was platonic long time friend of her oldest brother Jack — who later lived across the street from me with wife Terri. I have the most interesting, stunning and lucrative syntergy land business sketch of a plan on high ground in safe, beautiful, and relatively untouched land. My land is 21 acres of a 510 parcels. Mine is on a pond. Many huge live oaks. We are visited by deer, foxes and many wild birds of so many types. We have dirt roads. There is so far, no traffic light in our entire county. This is intrinsically safe and as a former hunting plantation — we are seeing that the good ol’ boys want it back… but if someone comes along with a dream of a win/win truly democratically run homeowner’s association. I have alligators in my pond that never bother us…. but the other kind of alligator/predator needs some real competition. Right now they have the prices way down and devalued. We have an private airstrip with hangar as well. My contact tel nos are at my twenty plus years home based computer services company. My interests however are wide.
