Throw back here is the shot of Tommy & Lauren that I captured when they left their Wedding in New York! Tommy & Lauren are more than friends, they have always been and always will be family! This shot was so long ago but stands out in my memory, it was in the courthouse and Lauren wore exactly what she wanted and they look hot don’t they!? Time has evolved and many things have happened, Life on Life’s terms .. but one of the MOST incredible things that have happened is that that had a beautiful daughter named Gina Michelle, my Niece … smarter than smart since she was little, even correcting her teachers in spelling B’s … Gina Michelle is now turning Sweet 16 … I have the honors not only of helping with the Hollywood Themed Gala to be held in Tampa, but also to be her personal Photographer to capture the Event! This is the most magical day of the year! Whether you believe or not today is the miraculous birth of one of the MOST spiritual leaders that has ever walked the face of the earth! They tried to kill him and yet His spirit lives on, the King of Kings, the most gracious, kind and loving, the forgiver of sins…the maker of transforming new lives … He has a sense of humor and is God’s Son …. He only walked the earth of 33 years, was a carpenter, never has a car, an ipod or wore expensive clothes, yet His gifts are eternal, tools that STILL are laid at our feet today for our inspection! Died for our sins was crucified, tortured and rediculed and yet the words he muttered to his heavenly Father God were, “Forgive them for they don not know what they do!” What am I doing today for another human being, is my house in order, do I carry the message? Most important of all CAN I FORGIVE? I feel the magic in the air, people are kinder and more tolerant … it’s not about the material gifts, or who has the best Christmas tree or the best party, but it is about what is in my heart! I can carry this feeling all during the year if I choose to … In all times of trouble and turmoil,…”Be still and know that I am God!” God loves you and so do I …. Timeless and a frozen moment in time …. I loved photographing these Montero Boys…they were not cooperating as I wanted, this is where I learned to let go and just let them be!!!! Look at these boys and the fun they are having…kids are the best and I have most patience for them .. they just want it to be fun & playtime!!! This was a sunday and most places were closed, so I opted to do the Bride’s hair and make-up myself….I found a small roadside floral market and the lady and I had to discuss the fact that I wanted to buy the pink flowers that were wilted on the edges…she refused to sell them to me, so I charmed her and she gave them to me…I told her that they would photograph with charm and grace and add to the Marie Antoinette-look that I wanted to achieve…she gave them to me! For generations I have photographed this beautiful family and today I wanted to share this very regal and powerful image that I created of the Bride! I never know when the phone rings or the emails roll in … Image Maker, Model Maker, Image Consultant, Beauty & Fitness, Model, Actor, Photographer, Wedding and Event Planning! This does not happen over night, it evolves from years of healthy living and leading by example! Staying fit and living healthy makes me appreciate all the small things in life!
