I was thanking the Father today for His mercy. I began listing the sins He’d forgiven.. My motives were pure and my heart was thankful, but my understanding of God was wrong. It is when I used the word “remember” that it hit me.

about to thank God for another act of mercy. But I stopped. Something was wrong…Does He remember? Then I remembered …”I will remember their sins no more”(Hebrews 8:12NIV) WOW! Now, that’s a remarkable promise!

Throw it back throw it back, waaaaay back! The Tuxedo was from none other than the man who fit me for many many Gala’s & Events … The photo was taken by my cousin David Phillips with my camera on the legendary property of the Marriott’s Casa Marina… We had the trunk full of magnums of chilled champagne… It was a black and white event I had 12 of my closest friends to ride with me all night we stopped at all the famous dance bars including Fitzgerald’s, Pier House etc. We have beautiful crystal fluted champagne glasses and headed champagne to all pacify that we decided to roll the windows down and hand one too hahaha! Oh what a night… You see now you know why I say “If you don’t look good ….I don’t look good!” Hire the person who not only knows how to throw your Event …big or small…and can photograph it for you as well!

Today was an absolutely incredibly magical day… I got to photograph one of Key West Royalty and Legends Miss Pat Green… Not only was she best known for raising the most money in the community when she won Queen of Fantasy Fest … but her beautiful exotic sidekick Tallulah her pink poodle was always a statement…. We laughed and told jokes and reminisced about all the famous and wonderful people we had met…I will never reveal her age because she is a Lady…but I must say…Pat Green you Rock!

OMG…Throwback Thursday…the year was 1997 this was taken at the Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach…Bobby Lake with Angelica Duval (Vidal) Key West Florida was represented…do the first time I believe in 15 years! I did place…the incomparable Electra Jim Buff deservingly won! These were exciting times…The Tropicana Ballroom is one if the fiercest stages in have performed on…I had a team of Angels..Dana Douglas, Michael Epting, Todd Tuttle, Dan Lutllitchfield…just to name a few…Vanna Black also competed and placed! Miss Copa Key West was properly represented and the pageant people were terrific…love to all and see you thus August at the Miss Florida Pageant!
